New Sunset is the first housing that is sold in plots that carry the idea of underground electricity, so you will feel comfort and other beauty that you have never felt before. With a super tight security system (one gate with a card system and 24-hour CCTV) and being located in the elite area of Sunset Garden, this will add to the investment value of this housing. This is proven by the fast selling of each plot, and currently there are only 3 plots left out of 18 plots without any significant advertising.
